PDFsharp and MigraDoc 6.5 and 7.0 are published under AGPL and an optional commercial license.
The AGPL license allows you to use and modify the libraries as desired, regardless of non-profit or commercial use. However, AGPL comes with the restriction that your project has to be open‑source and licensed with an AGPL license, too.
For using PDFsharp and MigraDoc in closed‑source or differently licensed products, you have to purchase a commercial license.

PDFsharp and MigraDoc are published under AGPL license. If your project is closed‑source or not AGPL licensed, you have to buy a commercial license for PDFsharp and MigraDoc.
PsX solutions are sold under a separate license that does not affect your PDFsharp and MigraDoc license.
